3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any suspicious activity.
4. Credits, Pricing, and Payments
4.1 Credit System
- Credits are required to submit URLs for indexing
- Each URL submission consumes one or more credits depending on your plan
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- Unused credits remain in your account as long as your account is active
4.2 Plans and Pricing
- We offer multiple subscription plans with varying credit allocations
- Prices are displayed in USD and converted to INR at the current exchange rate at checkout
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice
- Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal
4.3 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway
- Razorpay supports UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets
- By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment confirmation is sent via email upon successful transaction
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Submit URLs containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Submit URLs to websites you do not own or have authorization to manage
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse search engine indexing systems
- Submit spam URLs or URLs designed to deceive search engines
- Submit URLs that contain malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our written consent
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Service Availability and Disclaimers
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
- Unscheduled downtime may occur due to technical issues or external factors
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions
7. Indexing Results — No Guarantee
Important: While we submit your URLs to search engines for indexing, we do not guarantee that:
- Any submitted URL will be indexed by Google or any other search engine
- Indexing will occur within any specific timeframe
- Indexed URLs will maintain their indexed status permanently
- Indexing will result in any particular search ranking position
Search engine indexing decisions are ultimately made by the search engines themselves. We act as a facilitator to expedite the indexing request process.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, logo, and content, is owned by Instant URL Indexer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit through the Service.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Instant URL Indexer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or data corruption
- Loss of search engine rankings or traffic
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Unauthorized access to your account
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instant URL Indexer, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
- We may terminate the Service entirely with 30 days notice to active users
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- Credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause (Terms violation)

13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Before pursuing any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
