1. Overview
At Instant URL Indexer (instanturlindexer.com), we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which cancellations and refunds may be processed for purchases made through our platform.
All payments are processed through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway. Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits are digital goods delivered to your account immediately on payment confirmation. Because credits are consumed in real time against an external indexing pipeline, our refund policy is strict and limited to genuine service failures:
- No change-of-mind refunds: Once credits are added to your account, the purchase is final. We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, accidental purchase, choosing the wrong plan, or deciding the service is no longer needed. Please review your plan choice carefully before completing checkout.
- Refunds for service failure: If the platform is genuinely broken and your URL submissions fail to dispatch through our IndexEngine™ due to a fault on our side — for example, our worker is down, our dispatch pipeline is rejecting all submissions, or credits are charged without the corresponding indexing job ever being created — you are eligible for a credit restoration or refund of the affected credits.
- Not eligible: Indexing outcomes are determined by Google's own quality filters. We submit the URL into Google's priority crawl queue; we do not control whether Google ultimately chooses to index a given page. URLs that are crawled but not indexed by Google (because of content quality, duplicates, canonical mismatches, low domain authority, etc.) are not grounds for a refund — the service did its job; Google declined to index.
- Fully consumed credits: Once a credit has been spent on a successful dispatch through our IndexEngine™, it is non-refundable regardless of indexing outcome at Google.
- Reporting window: Service-failure refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the affected submission, with the submission ID or transaction reference, so we can verify the failure in our logs.
3. Subscription Plans
For subscription-based plans:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan benefits (including remaining credits) will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No auto-renewal charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Refund window: Full refunds for the current billing period are available within the first 48 hours of purchase or renewal, provided credits have not been used.
- Pro-rated refunds: After 48 hours, pro-rated refunds may be considered at our discretion based on unused credits.
4. Service Issues and Failed Transactions
4.1 Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using credits you have purchased (e.g., service downtime, API errors), we will either:
- Restore the affected credits to your account, or
- Issue a full refund for the affected credits
Please report any service issues within 48 hours of occurrence so we can investigate and resolve them promptly.
4.2 Failed Payments
If a payment is deducted from your account but the credits or plan are not activated due to a transaction failure:
- The amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days
- If the auto-refund does not process, contact us with your transaction/payment ID
4.3 Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full upon verification. Contact us with both transaction IDs for quick resolution.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@instanturlindexer.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address
- Provide the Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference
- State the reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots (if applicable)
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 3 business days.

Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated from our end.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following cases:
- Change of mind: You decided you no longer need the service, you regret the purchase, you found a different tool, or you simply changed your mind. Digital credits are delivered immediately on payment and are non-refundable for buyer's remorse reasons.
- Wrong plan selected: You purchased a plan that was larger or smaller than you needed. Please review the plan choice on the pricing page before completing checkout.
- Credits already consumed: Any credit that has been spent on a successful dispatch through our IndexEngine™ is non-refundable.
- Google did not index the URL: Indexing is decided by Google, not by us. We submit URLs into Google's priority crawl queue; we do not control the final indexing decision. URLs that are crawled but rejected by Google (thin content, duplicates, low authority, canonical issues, etc.) are not eligible for a refund — the service delivered exactly what was paid for.
- Account violations: Accounts terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
- Late requests: Refund requests made more than 7 days after a service-failure incident, or more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Price changes or promotions: Price drops, discounts, or promotional offers introduced after your purchase do not entitle you to a partial refund or credit adjustment.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We will provide transaction evidence to the payment provider
- Account reinstatement will be at our sole discretion

9. Account Cancellation
- You may request account cancellation at any time by emailing support
- Upon cancellation, any unused credits will be forfeited after 30 days
- Refund eligibility for remaining credits follows the guidelines in Section 2
- Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
